The Boot Washing Machine — also known as a Hygiene Cleaning Station or Personnel Hygiene Station — is an integrated sanitary equipment unit designed to manage personnel hygiene at entry and exit points of food production facilities. It combines hand washing, hand disinfection, hand drying, boot side and sole cleaning, boot disinfection, and access control into one fully automated system.

Workers must complete the full sanitation cycle before the access control gate allows passage into controlled production areas — ensuring consistent hygiene compliance across every shift, every worker, every time.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel (2.0 mm plate thickness), the equipment meets international hygiene standards and is built for the demanding, humid environments typical of food processing workshops. The photoelectric sensor-operated system eliminates contact contamination risks while maintaining high throughput efficiency.

How It Works

Step 1 — Boot Side Washing & Disinfection

Photoelectric sensors detect approach; vertical rotating brushes clean and disinfect both sides of the boots simultaneously.


Step 2 — Hand Washing & Sanitizing

Integrated hand wash basin with auto-dispensed water and sanitizer for thorough hand cleaning.


Step 3 — Hand Drying + Boot Sole Cleaning

Built-in hand dryer operates simultaneously while horizontal brushes scrub and disinfect boot soles.


Step 4 — Final Hand Disinfection & Access Control

A second hand disinfection step completes the cycle; the access gate unlocks to allow passage.

After the worker exits, the machine stops automatically. The same sensor recognition reactivates the full cycle in reverse direction.
