What is the difference between HE-FS01 and HE-FS04?
HE-FS01 is a mobile standalone unit with a built-in air compressor and high-pressure plunger pump (up to 80 Bar) — requires no external air or elevated water pressure. HE-FS04 is a fixed station connecting to existing facility air (4–6 Bar) and water supplies, featuring precision proportional valves for exact chemical dosing.
Does the machine require pre-mixed chemicals?
HE-FS01 and HE-FS04 use automatic dosing — fill the 5 L tank with concentrated solution and the machine proportions the correct dilution automatically. HE-FS02 and HE-FS03 require pre-mixed solution at a 1:3 ratio.
How large an area can one chemical tank cover?
The 5 L concentrated tank on HE-FS01/HE-FS04 covers approximately 2,500–3,000 m² with foam agent; over 10,000 m³ with disinfectant. HE-FS02/03 (60–70 L pre-mixed) cover approximately 1,000–2,000 m².
Can cleaning modes be switched during operation?
Yes. All models support one-click switching between high-pressure water rinse, foam cleaning, and spray disinfection via the control valve — no shutdown or equipment change needed.
What safety features are included?
HE-FS01 and HE-FS04 feature water-electricity separation, multi-layer leakage protection, and emergency stop switches. HE-FS01 also includes a variable frequency drive for stable operation under power fluctuations.
